Swimming with Uncle J.J. It was too cold for Mommy and Daddy to participate!
Playing with Mommy...notice the slight baby bump (it's noticeably larger now).
Daddy and his little Gamecock!
This is actually the most recent picture (taken on Sunday). Gracie Lou is making her "cute face," and I am taking the picture of us. I am officially starting to get my famous pregnant cheeks and double chin. Lovely.
Taking a break from unpacking to play in the pool. The packing trash in the background was just the tip of the ice berg...
Eating her first popsicle at Petti's Pizza in Cleveland. This is Papa's favorite pizza in the whole world :o)
She actually didn't make a terrible mess!
Our new house!Hello friends and family! We're ba-ack! Sorry for the incredibly long break in blogging, but life has been more than crazy around here! (We also just got our internet/computer up and running last night. Yay!) We are officially moved in, but not so officially settled. These things take time... No luck on the job front, but I'm still looking. Baby Number 2 is baking nicely and still remains a mystery as far as gender is concerned. (Amy once told me that she likes to be suprised herself but hates it when other people don't find out...I totally understand that statement now! There's something fun about driving people crazy because then want to know so bad!)
Since my last blog, so much has happened! We have moved to Tigerville, SC, which is, indeed, as small as it sounds. It's odd to have to make a true excursion out of what would normally be a short run to Target or the grocery store. This is also good for our bank account because it keeps me OUT of Target! We have traveled for various reasons including weddings and a trip to Cleveland to visit family and friends. Gracie has moved to her toddler bed, learned how to open doors, and has "started" potty training. The last thing is a true work in progress. I have decided that I should only have to do this once in my lifetime and am already teaching the 2nd baby in-utero, so that "it" will magically be potty trained from birth. Hahaha! All kidding aside, we are all very healthy and happy and thankful to be together again. We still miss all our wonderful family and friends who aren't here with us, but we know we'll see you soon!
Here are a few pictures (some not so recent-sorry!) to help tide you over until I can post some more. Enjoy!
